Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform system maintenance, patching, and backups during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure 100% uptime and system stability.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles.
- Assist in hardware procurement and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekends and holidays.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
