Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone and remote desktop.
- Manage Incident Tickets: Log, track, and resolve technical incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- System Maintenance: Perform routine server checks, patch management, and backups to ensure system integrity.
- User Training: Assist in educating staff on new software tools and best practices for cybersecurity.
- Remote Assistance: Deliver technical assistance to clients working from home during weekend hours.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Remote Work: Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
