Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and interview qualified applicants to determine suitability for open positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about salary trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
