Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-tier technical assistance and ensuring system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Analyze complex customer queries and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications
