Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent breaches.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across various departments.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize application performance and database management.
- Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document all technical processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.
- Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in system administration, network engineering, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a work visa sponsorship (we will assist the process).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site environment in San Antonio, TX.
