Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of complex software systems using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and ensure robust security protocols
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-ready code
