Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead technical sprint planning and code reviews for 5+ engineers
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record leading projects with 100K+ MAU
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and serverless computing
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- CI/CD pipeline mastery (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
