Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, responsive front-end architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance profiling to ensure web applications load quickly and run smoothly across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Core Skills: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/LESS.
- Frameworks: Strong expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- State Management: Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, NgRx, or Context API).
- API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data fetching.
- Tools: Proficiency with Git, Webpack, and modern build tools.
