Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
- Strong back-end skills with Node.js, Express, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
