Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to solve complex business challenges
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to executive presentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis and machine learning modeling experience
