Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and clinical assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide advocacy for patient needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or foreign equivalent with positive evaluation).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
