Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Mentor new nursing staff and students

Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree (required)
- Current US RN license or eligibility (required)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital environment
- Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN
