Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Maintain electronic health records with precision
- Lead patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 transfer)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for delivering culturally sensitive care
