Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit performance reviews
Qualifications
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for FL endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligibility for TN, H-1B, or other relevant visa categories
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
