Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and self-care
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and appropriate interventions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State or eligibility to obtain
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international credential
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent international certifications)
- English proficiency demonstrated via TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathway)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environment
