Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventative care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or valid foreign license with authorization.
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Eligibility for or willingness to participate in visa sponsorship programs.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
