Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S compliance).
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (equivalent work experience will be considered).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for interpreting instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
