Responsibilities
- Perform routine assembly line tasks and machine operations according to strict quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet all specifications and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all operational instructions and safety protocols without exception.
- Load and unload materials and products using appropriate handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 Unskilled Labor classification (Schedule A).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (basic to intermediate proficiency).
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic physical stamina required to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit manufacturing facility.
