Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware and software issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve network connectivity problems and software errors efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to senior administrators when necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory audits of IT assets and office equipment.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and hardware peripherals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote support duties.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support business operations.
