Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior IT team.
- Conduct routine system updates and security patches.
- Help train new employees on standard office technology procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
