- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new software tools and resolve user inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work part-time hours with the flexibility to cover occasional shifts during peak times.
