Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, network infrastructure, and hardware components during overnight hours.
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets and user inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine data backups, system updates, security patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT operations role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable transportation and a strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
