Responsibilities
- Monitor System Operations: Oversee daily technical operations and server performance during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by internal teams or external clients.
- Communication: Provide clear and professional updates to stakeholders regarding system status.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintain logs, tickets, and shift reports.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues that require morning shift intervention and document them effectively.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and maintain high accuracy.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
