Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during night shift operations, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Monitor inventory systems, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless workflow transitions and handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation, procedures, and company policies
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
