- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, ensuring every customer interaction ends positively.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support activities, resolutions, and technical details into our CRM system for future reference.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on remote systems to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Escalation Management: Collaborate with day-shift teams to escalate complex issues that require further technical intervention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Environment: A quiet home office setup with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
