Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment during the night shift.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document production data accurately in the shift logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
