Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network performance during off-peak hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for remote users.
- Perform critical system backups, updates, and security patching.
- Log all technical support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless issue handover.
- Maintain a clean and organized technical workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
