Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of all network servers, hardware, and software systems during the night shift.
- Respond to and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and security updates during low-traffic hours.
- Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document issues and escalate complex problems.
- Ensure 24/7 availability for critical system alerts and emergency repairs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support or network operations role (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work the full Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting technical issues.
