Responsibilities
- System Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices; mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and provide innovative solutions to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) including schema design and optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
