Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across the organization.
- Perform hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the administration of local area networks (LAN) and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and software updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if necessary.
