Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions including cloud platforms and network systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues and system integrations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise applications and automation tools
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive system documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Advanced expertise in network security protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation experience
- Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and client communication skills
