Responsibilities
- Provide rapid technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ workstations
- Deploy and configure new IT systems including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor network security threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system documentation
- Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment and services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and system performance
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
