Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and operational oversight for 50+ healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement patient care improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 10+ years healthcare management experience with 5+ in leadership
- Active Georgia healthcare administrator license
- Proven track record in budget management and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Experience with JCAHO/CMS compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
