Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in all areas of the facility.
- Assist with food preparation, service, and clean-up duties in the dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and high-volume periods during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa valid for employment in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for safety and customer interaction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not always required.
- Documents: Valid government-issued ID and social security card.
