Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including packing, labeling, and inventory management.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet seasonal production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with health standards.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2B Visa sponsorship or current valid work authorization in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
