Job Overview:
The Seasonal H2B Worker will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency throughout the 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the organization of inventory and storage systems.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa (non-immigrant worker status) valid for the 2026 season.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or seasonal labor experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
