Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including harvesting, pruning, and planting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Assist in the packing, sorting, and processing of high-quality agricultural products.

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and repetitive motions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
