Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the efficient handling of inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with precision and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
