Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy machinery and production equipment in a safe manner.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and co-workers to meet daily production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
