Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through direct outreach and networking.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our premium services.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to management on a weekly basis.
- Participate in daily training sessions to refine communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City office.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
