Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on our products and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify client needs and upsell opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports on account health.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
