Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve overall service delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding and mentorship of new team members.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.
