Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and assembly lines safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the workspace and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or plant.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training for machine operation.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic English communication skills for instructions and safety briefings.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States (EB3 sponsorship available).
