Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, and packing products efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work and obtain an H2B visa sponsorship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or hospitality is a plus.
