Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Lead cross-functional campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize campaign performance
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior marketing professionals and coordinate with external agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
