Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Lead a team of 5 marketing professionals, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused decision making
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Oversee content creation, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
- Report on KPIs and present insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
