Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure order fulfillment.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep warehouse aisles clear and organize stockrooms to maintain a safe working environment.
- Shipment Prep: Prepare, label, and load freight for timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues immediately to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
