Responsibilities

- Operate agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility to obtain an H2A Visa.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
