Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters (training provided)
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control monitoring
- Sort, clean, and package agricultural products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in farm maintenance activities
- Document daily work activities and crop conditions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
