Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, supervise, and motivate team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with transportation department for seamless logistics operations
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
